Tuesday mornings 09:30 to 10:30. The class is run mostly in term time with occasional classes in school holidays. Usually in a block of around six weeks where you can pay for the block. This option means you pay £8.00 per class and guarantee your place. Pay as you go option available at £9.00 per class if space allows. Class number limited to 10 participants. Small friendly group of mixed ability. It doesn’t matter if you have never done Pilates before. Bring your own mat if you have one. I can bring a mat for you if you don’t have one, just let me know.
